Christmas in My Cubical

By kellimcgill

You probably think this is a tad early, but we are decorating the church for Christmas next Sunday.  I’ve been busy getting things ready.  (Fyi: the fire alarm here at the church keeps going off…it is again right now…we’ve all been ignoring it…hopefully it’s a fluke.)  I found this idea here…and thought it would be a fun holiday decoration rather then a necklace (seriously, who wants a paper necklace?).  But of course it needed to be on a bigger scale.  (ahh…alarm stopped.)

Anyway, here is what we will be decorating our nursery registration desk with.  Right now they are hanging from a paper tube in my spacious cubical.  They will soon be hanging from the ceiling upstairs.    (and there goes the alarm again)  I’ll make sure to get a finished picture, but I thought they are turning out pretty well & that you all NEED to see them.

Here are 6 of them. I'll hopefully have about 20 when I'm done.

I hope to have about 20 – 30 of them when finished.
Like how they are displayed here! I'm very classy.

Like the display I’ve got going?  I’m classy.

You need to google what you are suppose to do when the fire alarm goes off. I think you are missing the point. Last winter it would go off in my apartment building every night. At like … 3AM. And it was rather cold outside. I went back to sleep every time. (Do as I say NOT as I do! Papa speaking…)

Kelli you have a COOL job! Well, the making-decorations part of your job. Not the here-goes-the-fire-alarm-part of your job.
