Spring Cleaning

by

I decided to use my day home from work productively. So I tried to clean the garage by myself. It was probably a mistake, but we are nearing the 2 year anniversary in this house & it is still a mess from moving day. See, Elle was born, Joe had kidney stones, & we bought our first house all within 4 days. Things were a little stressful, so our moving motto was just throw it in the garage & we’ll deal with it later. Apparently “later” means 2 years from now.

Anyway, while I was cleaning (although there are still a lot of things we need to deal with (yes, Nicole, the bathtub is still there)) Elle was playing in the driveway. It was super windy & her nose was running like crazy, but she had a blast. We came inside after 2 hours to find our power out. It came about on about 2 more hours later.

looks like you’ve already planted flowers, too. now i’m feeling really behind! our garage needs cleaned out so badly, but it can’t happen until the bathroom is remodeled, as all of the pieces are currently in the garage.

elle looks like she had a great time! jack henry did not enjoy the wind so much.

Drat. Nicole beat me again. CUT THAT OUT, NICOLE!!

Hey, no complaining about cleaning out garages. Or bedrooms. Or dining rooms. Or living rooms. Or dens. Or any other rooms I DON’T HAVE!!!

Great shots of Elle. Where did she get that a-m-a-z-i-n-g tricycle?!
