Where Has The Week Gone?

So this may have been a new record. Longest I’ve gone between posts. We have been so busy the past week & sitting down to write just hasn’t been at the top of the list. The past week has consisted of:

• apple picking
• digging out my house from 3 inches of dust
• making my first halloween costume ever
• meals with friends and family and more family
• working at church
• dealing with an unruly 3 year old (only 236 days until she’s 4, but who’s counting!)
• not sleeping
• cooing back at Paisley
• Joe having a busy band schedule
• an ungodly amount of laundry

See, you didn’t miss anything too exciting. Elle & I plan on making a carmel apple pie with our apples today…that should be interesting. I’ve been trying really hard lately to include her in my daily activities. It gives her less opportunity to get herself into trouble (ya know, like coloring on the walls), plus it gives me an opportunity to work on my patience. Something that I have been lacking lately.

PLUS! I’ve been so out of it lately that I forgot that this ol’ blog turned 2 on Oct 1st. Sheesh! In celebration of my blogiversary I’m going to link to the one post that people mention to me most. When you hop over there, let me know what you think of the hair color. I’m thinking about going darker again. Somehow I’ve gotten a lot of my blonde back (insert joke here).
